Agreement & Order Confirmation
A contract between you and kidzoshop.com is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supplier stock issues.
Prices & Payment
All prices on the site are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at the time of purchase.
Prices shown do not include customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees unless explicitly stated. See Section 6 (Customs & Import Fees) below.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and are shipped by our suppliers.
Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days from order confirmation (unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page).
Under U.S. rules for mail/internet orders, you must have a reasonable basis for any shipping promise; if you state a specific shipping timeframe, you should be able to meet it. If no shipping timeframe is promised, the default expectation is shipment within 30 days.
Tracking & Risk of Loss
We will provide tracking information when available. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided (or upon handover to the carrier, where applicable).
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Shipments entering the United States may be subject to customs inspection, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or the carrier. These charges are determined by U.S. authorities and carriers and are not set by kidzoshop.com
Recent U.S. policy changes (2025) have removed some low-value import exemptions that previously applied to small parcels, which may increase customs processing and duty costs for low-value shipments. We recommend customers budget for potential duties or contact us for Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) pricing prior to purchase if you prefer all import charges prepaid.
Sales Tax & Marketplace Rules
Following the Wayfair decision, U.S. states may require remote sellers to collect and remit sales tax when certain economic thresholds are met. Depending on your (the buyer’s) location and our business activity in a state, sales tax may be charged at checkout. Sellers and marketplace facilitators must follow state rules on economic nexus and tax collection.
If any state requires us (or marketplace platforms we use) to collect sales tax for your order, we will do so at checkout.
Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items
- Return window for defects/damage: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details if an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the product listing.
- Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging. We will provide instructions for the return shipping process. Unless we accept responsibility (e.g., item defective or wrong item shipped), return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Warranty & Product Claims
Manufacturer warranties (if any) apply in addition to your rights under U.S. consumer protection laws. We will assist customers with warranty claims, but ultimate warranty coverage is determined by the manufacturer.

Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process personal information necessary to process orders, provide customer service, and comply with legal obligations.
